Request for a "pilot" project for a vertical strawberry 🍓 farm in Lipetsk, Russia.
The task was to establish a pilot project for a 1000 bush farm (300 kg of berries per month) in an existing building in Lipetsk. We created a conceptual layout for the process equipment, estimated the economic indicators, production capacity, and the approximate cost of the entire project.
